Jobbit Pro may enable you to create, send, and manage estimates and invoices. You are solely responsible for:

Compliance with any applicable tax, payment, or consumer protection laws.
Ensuring your customers understand and accept your own terms.
We may provide integrations with payment processors (e.g., Stripe). Your use of payment services is subject to those providers' terms.
Some features may require a paid subscription. All fees are stated and are non-refundable except as required by law. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel anytime in your account settings; cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
All content, trademarks, and software associated with the Services are owned by Jobbit Pro or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes. Any unauthorized use may result in termination of this license.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBBIT PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jobbit Pro and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:
Your use of the Services.
Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Your interactions with your own customers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (e.g., by email or through the Services). Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of San Jose, California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of San Jose, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Program Description: Jobbit Pro is a subscription-based software platform designed to help junk removal and service-based businesses manage pricing, quoting, and operational workflows.
Jobbit Pro may send non-marketing SMS messages related to your account, inquiries, or support requests to users who opt in through forms available on https://www.jobbit.pro.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.
